OIF is qualified
OIF operates in a challenging environment, and it is fully qualified to do so. It holds both Type 01 (dealer) and Type 08 (importer) federal firearms licenses. It is registered with ATF as an importer of articles on the US munitions import list. It is a Special Occupational Taxpayer (“SOT”) able to deal in registered National Firearms Act items. It is registered as an exporter with both the US State and Commerce Departments, and it is fully versed in both ITAR and EAR with industry-leading compliance operations. As a result, OIF is able to fully meet your needs whatever they may be.
